Cabernet Franc Rosé Scheduled for Memorial Day Release
Valley Vineyards will be releasing our new Cabernet Franc Rosé this Memorial Day, May 25, 2009. This French Loire Valley style Rosé is expected to sell out quickly as only 100 cases are available. Produced from 100% Estate Ohio River Valley Cabernet Franc, this wine is light and crisp — emphasizes black cherry and red raspberry with hints of fresh citrus.

Cabernet Franc Rosé is the result of 40 years of quality winemaking at Valley Vineyards, receiving the distinguished OQW (Ohio Quality Wines) moniker by Governor Strickland.

Presale begins Monday, May 18, 2009, by calling the winery directly, or ordering from our website. All orders will be shipped on Memorial Day. Hours at our winery for the Memorial Day Release are 11:00am-6:00pm or until Cabernet Franc Rosé is sold out. Wine tasting, cheese trays and wine cellar tours are available during these hours.

Valentines Day Cookout - Saturday, February 14, 2009
Again this year we are having our Cookout on Saturday February 14th- Valentines Day. Reservation times are from 5:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m., for those of you who want to have a Valentine dinner with a special person or with a group.

St. Patricks Day Feast - Tuesday, March 17, 2009
Join us at Valley Vineyards for your St. Patty Day Celebration. We are having an Irish Food Buffet, it will include Irish Stew, Corned Beef & Cabbage, Irish Desserts and much more. For $59.00 per couple, it will also include a bottle of your favorite Valley Vineyards wine. If you don’t want to have dinner, you can join us for a bottle or glass of wine… it might even be GREEN!

Reservations for dinner are a must!

Grand Tastings - Wednesdays, June 10 & 24, 2009

Enjoy a great evening at the winery, with all your friends. For only $15 enjoy a full sampling of all our wines (even some special vintages the winemaker will bring from the cellar), a wonderful selection of fresh fruits, international cheeses, and fresh breads. 6:30pm-8:30pm. Again the cost is only $15, and please RSVP.

To honor our Mothers and Fathers we are having our Steak/Salmon Cookout on THEIR special day.

The cookout times are from 4pm to 6pm. Please call us with your reservation.

Weekend Cookouts
Come experience a legendary Valley Vineyards Cookout, our most popular feature. Both indoor and outdoor grilling venues are provided where you can cook and socialize with friends. Along with your steak or salmon, and a great bottle of wine, you will enjoy two types of salad, green beans almondine or corn on the cob in summer, baked potato, fresh breads and our special homemade dessert buffet.

Cookouts are every Friday and Saturday throughout the year, with the addition of Sundays, July through October.

Seating is between 5:00pm and 8:30pm and on Sundays between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Reservations are strongly recommended. We do not accept reservations by email!

Weekend Cookout Pricing 21 and over:
$59.00 per couple w/ one bottle of wine
$29.50 per person w/ 2 glasses of wine
Price remains the same if couple or person would like grape juice instead of wine.

Light Up Valley 2008 - A Christmas Feast - December 4, 2008
“A Christmas Feast!” There will be a dinner buffet served, Grandpa said he wanted more meat!

Not to disappoint our past guests, Santa and the Choir will make their appearances as well.
